St. Mark is a place of many hands...hands that reach out to welcome you as you enter the door...hands to guide a child through a Bible story...hands that fold together in prayer at the altar...hands that take hammer and nails to build a house for the homeless...hands searching through a closet to clothe the naked...hands stirring hot soup to feed the hungry...hands that gently lay on your shoulder to comfort you in a time of need...hands lifting to heaven in thanksgiving to God.
Here at St. Mark there are many hands of all sizes, shapes, and textures, yet each working toward the same end - The Proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
