Christian Yoga
Gain better balance in your body by developing strength and flexibility through yoga. Through the performance of certain poses, postures, stretching exercises, and focus, individuals can achieve great physical benefits. the cost is $5.00 per class. Classes meet in the Family Life Center on Monday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30pm.
 
Step Aerobics and Body Shaping
 With upbeat music and a great atmosphere, you can expect great results without the same boring routine. AFAA certified Instructor Becky Embry is in her 29th year of teaching and loves offering classes to the St. Mark Family.Cost is $5.00 per class, $32.00 per month, $58.00 for 2 months, and $96.00 for 4 months. Classes meet in the Family Life Center on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm. *First class is free.
 
Pilates
You can be part of one of the most popular fitness techniques right now. This form of exercise emphasizes balanced development of the body through strengthening the core of the body, flexibility, and graceful movement. You'll use stability balls, small weights, rings, and more as you enjoy success from this program. whether you're a senior adult, busy mom, or athlete, come find out why pilates works for a wide range of people. Cost is $10.00 per class, $25.00 per month, and meets in the Bell Hall on Saturday mornings from 9:00-10:00am.
 
Pace Exercise
Just because you're retired doesn't mean you have to sit still. You can join a great group of Senior Adults throughout the week for video based, low impact, chair aerobics. Chair Aerobics will keep your muscles, bones, and joints moving a little easier without the stress of high impact movement. Classes meet in the Parlor on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:45am.
